Brian Eischeid

Brian Eischeid

Brian Eischeid, a native of Tennessee, is a broker with Fay Ranches. As a young child, his love for the land began on a farm started by his great, great, great grandfather in 1873. He learned how much the land meant to his family and how it shaped their character and work ethic. Whether hunting, fishing, farming, or just walking the earth, Brian’s passion for the land has grown even stronger as each year passes. He has immersed himself in all that the Southeast offers, from rivers and lakes, streams and mountain ponds, fields, and wetlands.

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Brian obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee before receiving a Master’s in Accountancy from The College of Charleston. Brian began his career as a CPA with a Big Four accounting firm before joining the finance team at a payment technology company in Nashville. Brian had the opportunity to engage in due diligence of multiple targeted acquisitions, integrate new subsidiaries into the overall company processes and participate in preparing the company for an initial public offering.

Now with Fay Ranches, Brian can finally get back to his roots by combining the skills he learned in the corporate world with his interest in the land. Brian provides elite customer service for his clients as he assists them in navigating the complicated process of land transactions. From tax incentives to income-producing opportunities that may be found in the land, his background enables him to help clients identify the many financial benefits that their land has to offer.

Brian currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Jillian, their daughter, Elle, and their red lab, Hank. Brian and Jillian are preparing for life with two kids as they expect another girl in October of this year. When Brian is not assisting clients in divesting land assets or in making their dreams of owning land a reality, he enjoys spending time with his family and finding time to chase bass, trout, upland birds, waterfowl, and the many species of big game that can be found in the Southeast.
